To strenghten our team for the Poschiavo region, we are looking for a

MAIN TASKS
• Conduction of all phases of technical projects: design, implementation, testing, deployment;
• Development and maintenance of knowledge about interdependencies of all infrastructure components deployed in the production environment;
• Managing and documenting relations between components of a complex infrastructure;
• Monitoring, maintenance and upgrading of all layers of ICT infrastructure, including virtualised and non-virtualised server hardware, operating systems, applications, networks and devices.

REQUIRED PROFILE
• Thorough knowledge of English and basic knowledge of Italian and/or German language;
• University studies in the field of Computer Science/Engineering;
• Flexibility and willingness to work on 24/7 shifts when needed.

a. Professional experience:
• At least 5 years of ICT related professional work experience;
• Administration of  Microsoft Active Directory environments;
• Maintenance of Citrix and Microsoft operating systems and servers, within virtualised operating environments.

b. Professional knowledge:
• MS Windows Server 2003/2008 including Active Directory and LDAP;
• MS Exchange Server 2007/2010 including provisioning and maintenance of mailboxes and disaster recovery;
• Citrix XenApp Server, Access Gateway and XenDesktop environments;
• Data center technology and operations in virtualised environments;
• An advanced vendor (Microsoft, Citrix, VMware) certification will be considered as a plus.

c. Skills and competencies:
• Effective oral and written communication and technical documentation skills;
• Focus on customers and service orientation;
• Ability to work in a team;
• High level of initiative;
• Experience in a multidisciplinary, multicultural, international working environment.
