RE Energija at the same time acts as regional Head Quarter for Adria Region, responsible for Business development and Coordination between local offices of the Adria region on one side, and mother company with responsible trading floor on the other.
Adria Region includes following national markets:

• Slovenia - RE Energija d.o.o., est. 2007
• Croatia - RE Energija d.o.o., est. 2008
• Bosnia and Herzegovina - RE Energija d.o.o., est. 2008
• Serbia - Raetia Energija d.o.o., est. 2008
• Montenegro
• Macedonia
• Albania
• Kosovo

On remaining markets local offices are in process of establishment, or will be established as soon business reasons will demand such action. Core business areas in Adria Region are:

• Project development - including green and brown field investments in production utilities (hydro, thermal and wind-based production sites)and transmission networks.
• Trading - regional offices in Adria Region have the supporting role to our trading team within RE Trading CEE. Trading floor responsible for the whole Adria Region is located in Prague.
• End-users Sales - Selective end-user approach, targeting only selected market segments on already liberalized regional markets.
