Repower

Repower´s German business is currently undergoing expansion. In terms of sales and distribution Repower has already been engaged in Germany for a number of years.Our subsidiary Repower Deutschland GmbH is headquartered in the Ruhr area metropolis of Dortmund. Aided by our Swiss trading floor, it serves as the hub of our sales activities in Germany. Dortmund is also where our six subsidiary firms are located which are founded to implement and operate several power generation capacities in Germany.

In detail these are Repower Wind Holding GmbH with its operational units Repower Wind Prettin GmbH and Repower Wind Lübbenau GmbH, furthermore Repower GuD CURE Verwaltungs-GmbH with its operational unit Repower GuD CURE GmbH & Co. KG as well as Elbe Finace Holding Verwaltungs-GmbH.

Repower manages operations and expansions of its own wind farms as well as the development of own thermal power plants via these six units. Especially Repower plans to develop a gas and steam turbine power plant (CCGT) with process steam extraction which ist to built at CHEMPARK Leverkusen in close cooperation with CURRENTA. Moreover Repower plans to develop a coal-fired power plant in Brunsbüttel together with our partner SüdWestStrom Kraftwrek GmbH & Co. KG.

Our trading division´s German operatins are being managed didrectly from the Group´s headquaters in Poschiavo, Grisons.
