Projects
Repower is pursuing promising projects both in Switzerland (Canton Graubünden) and abroad. The projects in Graubünden involve the Chlus hydropower plant in the Prättigau/Landquart area and the Lagobianco pumped storage plant (Poschiavo). Chlus is at the preparatory phase for the concession project. Once complete, the 1,000 MW Lagobianco installation would be one of the biggest power plants in Switzerland.
Another pumped storage power plant is planned in Campolattaro (Italy). In Brunsbüttel (Germany) and Saline Joniche (Italy) the group is involved in two projects to build state-of-the-art coal-fired plants. A further project in Italy involves a wind farm in Lucera. And finally in Leverkusen (Germany), there are plans to build a combined cycle power plant.
