Application procedure

The first step on your path to a future with us is to send us your written application. To ensure we can process your application rapidly, please make sure you include the following:

  • Cover letter: Explain why you’re excited about the prospect of working for us!
  • CV with photo
  • Copies of your certificates, diplomas and employment references

Spontaneous applications are also always very welcome. In your application please tell us what area of our business you would like to work in. If we are impressed by your application you will be invited to an initial meeting with the relevant line manager and a human resources professional. Here you will have the chance to find out more about Repower, our corporate culture and your prospective area of work. We encourage you to ask questions at this meeting. Our goal is to assess your social and professional skills and get to know you as a person. If you’re still interested and we were impressed by you at our first meeting, we then invite you to a second interview. Here we explain the terms of employment, present the team and discuss any remaining questions. Then we’ll make our final decision – possibly after you have spent a day on our premises for us to get to know each other better – and let you know as soon as possible.
