The following are significant shareholders under the terms of Art. 663c of the Swiss Code of Obligations, holding the following interests in the share capital of CHF 2.783 million:
- Canton of Graubünden 46 per cent,
- Alpiq Holding AG, Neuchâtel, (Alpiq) 24.6 per cent
- and EGL AG, Laufenburg (EGL) 21.4 per cent.
These significant shareholders are bound by a shareholders’ agreement. 8 per cent of the shares are in free float. Repower participation certificates are also freely tradable.
